Recently our A/C failed and we invited some HVAC professionals to investigate and advise on options available. First two companies could not reliably identify the underlying reasons of the A/C failure and insisted on replacement of entire system. Also, while providing quotes for the potential replacement, no detailed description on features were given combined with high price for bottom line units. Once we contacted Furnace & A/C Experts, they listened to us, came over to our home and thoroughly troubleshooted our A/C. Once the fault was identified, several options were proposed including either parts’ replacement or replacement of the system with several models suitable for our house. Price, selection merits were honestly and openly discussed and we decided to replace our 16 years old Carrier system. The replacement job was done in very good fashion, professionally with very satisfying results. Thank you, Furnace & A/C Experts (Asif, Summit and entire Team)!
