It was a man excellent experience getting urgent attention and help from this company. The staff Uzair was phenomenal is promptly responding, coordinating with onsite inspectors, and confirming the next steps to urgently resolve our furnace being down. The onsite tech expert was very thorough in finding the issue with the furnace, making precise recommendation and then rapidly sourcing the part. The team even helped me easily go through the warranty claim process.
This was my second interaction with this company. Last summer, I had sought their help for brand new AC installation. Both the past AC experience and this recent furnace fixing experience have been phenomenal. I am not going to any other service provider anymore! These folks are brilliant!

I had the ac and furnace installed by Furnace and AC Experts back in 2017. Ever since they have been servicing it every year.
I have had great experience with them. Their staff is really skilled, and helpful.
Highly recommended.

Oct 17, 2025 - I had the Furnace service done by Sumit from Furnace & Ac Experts. He did an excellent job. Checked everything inside and outside. He noted that the dryer vent was getting blocked and let me know, even that is not related to the furnace service.

My daughter neighbour had told her about this company and he even called for Asif Khan to come and see me
The rest is history
The next day I had the workers here installing
my new Air Conditioner
They worked fast were clean and tidy

I know it is the end of summer but now I know next year I will be ready for the hot weather

My review is a true testament of their professionalism and knowledge! I was shopping around to replace my ~30 year old AC with a new one. I contacted Furnace & AC experts and I had the privilege of speaking with Uzair. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional in guiding me through the process on the phone. He even visited my house the next day to physically inspect my utility room to provide me with an accurate quote. He sat down with me and thoroughly walked me through all steps involved in the process and recommend me different AC options his company offered.
Since I had a strict budgetary requirement and wasn't able to proceed with the install, I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Uzair for his utmost professionalism and knowlege. Having spoken with a few companies in the last week, my experience with Furnace & AC Experts (and Uzair especially) left an extremely positive experience.
