Expanded view of Heat System Components
Furnace with Faulty Heat Exchanger (Inspection by certified Technician)
Removal of all components- Burners, Inducer Motor, Pressure switches, Control board, Harness, Gas valve, Blower motor, Inlet panel, High limit switch, J-box, Drain connections, Flame Sensor, Hot Surface Igniter
Empty Shell of Furnace
Pulling out complete Primary Cells & Secondary Heat Exchanger Assembly
Dismantling of Primary Cell Inlet panel, Coupling box, Cold spot baffle & Secondary Condensing Heat Exchanger
Assembling Primary cells with Inlet and Outlet Panel with new Gasket.
Assembling Secondary Heat Exchanger with Inlet panel
Re-Installation of new Cold spot baffle and Coupling box between Primary cells outlet & Secondary Heat exchanger inlet with new Gaskets & Sealant.
Complete Heat exchanger assembly to be placed inside Furnace upper cabinet with proper alignment, secure with screws and sealent
Re-installation of all Components previously removed – Burners, Inducer Motor, Pressure switches, Control board, Harness, Gas valve, Blower motor, Inlet panel, High limit switch, J-box, Drain connections, Flame sensor, hot surface igniter
Commissioning and testing of Furnace
