The President’s Award is an annual award presented to a select group of Carrier Factory Authorized Dealers who achieve high scores on a set of criteria established each year by the Carrier brand.

The award criteria support and maintain a continual emphasis on sales leadership and on identifying dealers who are model Factory Authorized Dealers. President’s Award winners may also be asked to serve as role models, share “best practices” and otherwise offer peer mentoring to help cultivate excellence among the FAD group as a whole.

Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer (CFAD)

CFAD is “Earned” and not given to any dealer. Carrier Factory Authorized Dealers must perform to rigorous national standards consistently and continually in order to qualify for factory endorsement. Additionally, they participate in extensive factory training on technical aspects of equipment installation, maintenance, and repair.
