He even visited my house the next day to physically inspect my utility room to provide me with an accurate quote. He sat down with me and thoroughly walked me through all steps involved in the process and recommend me different AC options his company offered.

They came in for site inspections and quotes, and Furnace & AC Experts answered my questions in detail and even offered to fix a furnace and thermostat issue confidently when other companies said it's not possible without replacing the furnace or to contact Carrier for support.

Sumit, the technician, installed the heat pump and tested everything very thoroughly without rushing. He was very professional and reliable.
