My review is a true testament of their professionalism and knowledge! I was shopping around to replace my ~30 year old AC with a new one. I contacted Furnace & AC experts and I had the privilege of speaking with Uzair. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional in guiding me through the process on the phone. He even visited my house the next day to physically inspect my utility room to provide me with an accurate quote. He sat down with me and thoroughly walked me through all steps involved in the process and recommend me different AC options his company offered.

Since I had a strict budgetary requirement and wasn't able to proceed with the install, I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Uzair for his utmost professionalism and knowlege. Having spoken with a few companies in the last week, my experience with Furnace & AC Experts (and Uzair especially) left an extremely positive experience. I needed a new heat pump to replace my old AC, and I reached out to 4 companies in my area with the best google review ratings. They came in for site inspections and quotes, and Furnace & AC Experts answered my questions in detail and even offered to fix a furnace and thermostat issue confidently when other companies said it's not possible without replacing the furnace or to contact Carrier for support.

Sumit, the technician, installed the heat pump and tested everything very thoroughly without rushing. He was very professional and reliable.

Exceptional Service from Furnace & AC Experts

I recently had the Carrier Infinity series installed by Furnace & AC Experts at my home in Mississauga, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. The team installed the following on August 11–12, 2025:

1. Carrier Infinity Modulating Furnace (Model: 59MN7C080C21--20)
2. Carrier Infinity 4-Ton Variable-Speed Air Conditioner (Model: 24VNA948A003)
3. Aprilaire 600 Humidifier
4. Carrier Infinity Touch Wi-Fi Thermostat

From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Asif Khan took the time to explain every detail of the system before and after the installation. His patience and deep understanding of Carrier’s product line were truly commendable. Unlike some other vendors I received quotes from, he never tried to push alternate products I wasn’t interested in. Instead, he ensured I received the Infinity system I specifically asked for — without compromise.

The installation, led by Sumit, was done with great care and precision. The workspace was left spotless, all required testing was completed meticulously, and I was given a detailed walkthrough of the system’s features and controls. Sumit's attention to detail and commitment to doing things right really stood out.

I felt fully informed and supported throughout the process. The team never cut corners, and their professionalism exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be calling Furnace & AC Experts for all future annual maintenance and service needs.
